If you’re a member you can open a Term Deposit using your Mobile Banking App or Internet Banking.
Mobile Banking App
Select Open new account from the drop-down menu, choose the term you want and follow the instructions.
Internet Banking
Select Apply for from the Internet Banking navigation menu, click Account, then choose the term you want and follow the instructions
Not a member?
You can join online and open a Term Deposit at the same time (just make sure you have your ID handy). Simply select Term Deposit Account when completing our online membership form and follow the prompts.

As a member of Credit Union SA, you have access to a unique Access Code, which will enable us to verify your identity and ensure that it's only you who accesses your funds and personal information.
You'll need to quote your Access Code to:
- Change any personal details
- Receive any information about account(s)
- Check your balances and transactions
- Open a new account
- Advise us how you wish us to deal with a maturing Term Deposit
- Change or cancel periodical payments
- Rearrange existing payroll deduction authorities
- Transfer funds between your accounts or to an external account

You can view your eStatements using your Mobile Banking App or Internet Banking.
Mobile Banking App
Go to ‘eStatements’ in the drop-down menu, then ‘View eStatements’ and choose from the list.
Internet Banking
Go to ‘Accounts’ on the top navigation bar, then ‘eStatements’ and choose from the list.
To register for eStatements and eCommunications:
Mobile Banking App
Select eStatements from the drop-down menu, then click Manage eStatements and follow the instructions.
Internet Banking
Select Settings from the top navigation menu, then click Communications and follow the instructions.

The Credit Union SA Mobile Banking App is a simplified version of Internet Banking for your iOS or Android phone. It provides you the tools to easily check balances, pay bills and transfer funds. You can also find general product information and apply for new products.
