How do I change my card's Personal Identification Number (PIN)?
To update your PIN via the Mobile Banking App, tap on Cards at the bottom of the home screen, then select Change card PIN and enter your new PIN.
To update in your Internet Banking, select the Cards management tab from the right-hand side menu. Enter your Two-Factor Authentication if/when prompted. Click on the drop-down arrow and select the card number you wish to change the PIN on, then select the radio button Change card PIN.
Your PIN will be updated immediately.
