Follow these simple steps to temporarily lock, cancel or order a replacement card.
Misplaced card
Temporarily lock your card until it turns up again, using Internet Banking or your Mobile Banking App.
Mobile Banking App
- Login to your Mobile Banking App
- Select Card Management from the menu
- Select your card from the list
- Tap the padlock icon to lock
- To unlock tap the padlock icon again
Internet Banking
- Login to Internet Banking
- Select Cards and then Card Management
- Validate your identity
- Tap your card then lock card using the toggle
- To unlock tap the toggle again
Lost or stolen card
Cancel your card and order a replacement.
Mobile Banking App
- Login to your Mobile Banking App
- Select Card management from the menu
- Select your card from the list
- Tap Lost or Stolen card
- Select from either Lost card or Stolen card and follow the on-screen instructions to cancel
- We will automatically issue you with a new card
Internet Banking
- Login to Internet Banking
- Select Cards and then Card Management
- Validate your identity
- Tap Report my card Lost or Stolen
- Select from either Lost or Stolen and follow the on-screen instructions to cancel
- We will automatically issue you with a new card
Need to order a replacement card?
- Call us on 13 8777 during business hours to request a replacement card; or
- Send us a Secure Mail message in your Internet Banking with your request and current location for delivery of your replacement card.
Lost your card overseas?
Follow the above steps to report your lost or stolen card using Internet Banking or our Mobile Banking App. Alternatively, call +612 8299 9101 to cancel your card.
Don’t have the Mobile Banking App or Internet Banking?
Call us on 13 8777 during business hours or contact our Fraud Bureau Service 24 hours a day, 7 hours a week, on 1300 705 750 outside of business hours.
