Have you lost your card?

Follow these simple steps to temporarily lock, cancel or order a replacement card.

Spotted something unusual?
If you think unauthorised transactions have been made you can raise a claim.


Misplaced

Temporarily lock your card until it turns up again, using Internet Banking or your Mobile Banking App.

Mobile Banking App

  • Login to your Mobile Banking App
  • Select Card management from the menu
  • Select your card from the list
  • Tap the padlock icon to lock
  • To unlock tap the padlock icon again.

Internet Banking

  • Login to your Internet Banking
  • Select Cards and then Card Management
  • Validate your identity
  • Tap your card then lock card using the toggle
  • To unlock tap the toggle again.

Lost or stolen

Cancel your card and order a replacement.

Mobile Banking App

  • Login to your Mobile Banking App
  • Select Card management from the menu
  • Select your card from the list
  • Tap Lost or Stolen card
  • Select from either Lost card or Stolen card and follow the onscreen instructions to cancel
  • We will automatically issue you with a new card.

Internet Banking

  • Login to your Internet Banking
  • Select Cards and then Card Management
  • Validate your identity
  • Tap Report my card Lost or Stolen
  • Select from either Lost or Stolen and follow the onscreen instructions to cancel
  • We will automatically issue you with a new card.

Don’t have the Mobile Banking App or Internet Banking?

Call us on 13 8777 during business hours or our 24/7 Fraud Bureau Service on 1300 705 750 (if after hours).

Overseas?

Follow the steps above to report your card lost or stolen using Internet Banking or your Mobile Banking App or call +612 8299 9101 to cancel your card.


Need a replacement card?

  • Call us on 13 8777 during business hours to request a replacement card or;
  • Send us a Secure Mail message in your Internet Banking with your request and current location for delivery of your replacement card.
