Notice of members rights

As a member, you can elect to have certain documents sent to you in either physical or electronic form or even choose not to be sent certain corporate documents by notifying us of your preferences.

What you can make an election about

By notifying us, you can elect:

  • to be sent certain documents in physical or electronic form, from a particular date;
  • to be sent certain documents in physical or electronic form for a specific time period;
  • not to be sent certain documents; and
  • to make changes to your election preferences.

Which documents you can make an election about

As a member of Credit Union SA, you can make an election about how you’d like the following corporate documents to be sent (or not be sent) to you:

  • Notices of General Meetings (and any other documents relating to a general meeting of members);
  • Annual Reports; and
  • Notices about your rights to make an election.

How to make your election

To tell us how you’d like to be sent copies of documents such as our Annual Reports and Notices of General Meetings (or to ask us not to send you certain documents or to change your preferences), please email us at companysecretary@creditunionsa.com.au and include your member number.
