What if I think my card has been compromised?
If you think your card may have fraudulent transactions on it, you can temporarily deactivate it, using Internet Banking or your Mobile Banking App. Then immediately call us on 13 8777 within business hours or send a secure message via Internet Banking so we can investigate the transactions further.
