I’m a Signatory/Secondary User, why can’t I see accounts available for sharing or sharing agreements?

A Signatory/Secondary User can only see accounts available for sharing if the Account Owner has enabled them to have access via Internet Banking. If this access has not been enabled a Signatory/Secondary User will also not see any existing sharing agreements that may be active on the account.

Any accounts that the Signatory/Secondary User owns in their own name are not affected and would be visible for sharing.
