Your opportunity
As our valued Office Administrator, you will ensure Credit Union SA’s efficient operations of our Corporate Office and Branch.
In this role, you will draw on your organisational skills to ensure the day-to-day operational needs are met seamlessly through a variety of administrative and clerical duties.
In this high-impact role, you will enable us to continue to make a positive impact on our members and South Australian communities by:
- Organising company events, meetings, and conferences, including travel arrangements, ensuring all logistical details are managed effectively.
- Providing general business support, ensuring that all administrative tasks are executed efficiently.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for internal and external clients, providing high-level customer service, including reception duties.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or Administrative Assistant.
- Excellent organisational, time management and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular).
Ideally, you will also have:
- Experience in Financial Services or Retail companies.
