We are holding our 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Wednesday 13 November 2024 at 5:30pm
This year’s AGM will again be conducted electronically in accordance with the provisions of the Corporations Act 2001 and the Credit Union’s constitution. Instructions on how to participate and vote are set out in the Notice of Meeting and Meeting Guide.
Members can participate in the meeting including by asking questions and voting online. The 2024 Credit Union SA Annual General Meeting is an opportunity for our members to hear directly from our Chair, Directors and our CEO, to vote and help make decisions for your credit union and ask or comment about what is important to you.

How to attend and participate
Members can attend and participate in the 2024 AGM online on a desktop or mobile device by following the instructions in the Meeting Guide and clicking the AGM 2024 link here. Members will need to log in with their member number and registered postcode.
Members are also able to submit questions prior to or during the AGM. Instructions on how to do this are also included in the Meeting Guide
If you would like to verbally ask your question during the meeting, please register your intention and send through your question by emailing companysecretary@creditunionsa.com.au by 5:30pm (ACDT) on Wednesday 8 November 2024 so this can be arranged.
Voting
Direct Vote Online
Members are welcome to follow the Meeting Guide to lodge a direct vote by clicking AGM 2024 and logging in online. This can be completed prior to the meeting. If you do vote prior to the meeting, you are still able to attend and participate.
We encourage members who are unable to attend, to consider the Notice of Meeting and the resolutions to be put to members and to lodge a direct vote to ensure their vote is counted.
Proxies
A member who is entitled to attend the Annual General Meeting and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy. A proxy is a person who has been nominated to attend and vote at meetings on behalf of another member. A proxy does not need to be a member.
If a member is entitled to cast two or more votes they may appoint two or more proxies and may specify the proportion or number of votes each proxy is entitled to exercise. We are required to say this by law but no member of the Credit Union is entitled to more than one vote.
To be an effective appointment, a Proxy Form must be received by the Credit Union at least 48 hours prior to the meeting by the following means:
- Online - Members can appoint a proxy when they click on the voting platform and log in.
- By Post – Credit Union SA Ltd, GPO Box 699, Adelaide SA 5001 Australia
- By Hand – Credit Union SA Branch, Ground Floor, 400 King William Street, Adelaide SA 5000
Important Dates
Questions in advance of the AGM
Members who wish to submit questions prior to the AGM must do so prior to 5:30pm (ACDT) on Wednesday 6 November 2024.
Online Direct Voting and Proxy Appointments
Members who wish to appoint a proxy or cast their vote prior to the meeting must do so by 5:30pm (ACDT) on Monday 11 November 2024.
