Credit Union SA has been recognised as Australia’s ‘Best Digital Bank’* for non-major banks, in this year’s DBM Australian Financial Awards.

The accolade is among a range of awards based on findings from national research agency DBM Consultants’ survey, questioning more than 80,000 consumers and businesses about their attitudes towards Australia’s financial institutions and their products. Credit Union SA had the highest average satisfaction rating of mobile and online banking from their members over January 2019 through December 2019, which is why they were awarded Australia’s ‘Best Digital Bank’. Grant Strawbridge, Chief Executive Credit Union SA said the organisation is excited about the outcome.

“Credit Union SA is thrilled to win this award and be recognised on the national stage. This award acknowledges the hard work of our teams and vendors in delivering the best digital experience and we’ve got some exciting changes ahead where we’ll continue to provide our members with the best digital experience possible.”Grant Strawbridge
