Mobile Banking App update
Credit Union SA
Member Experience Team
We’re starting 2020 and the new decade off with a bang, by bringing you a bunch of exciting improvements to our Mobile Banking App!
The new app version is available now on the App Store and Google Play.
Round-ups
Automatically save your ‘spare change’ when you make a purchase with your Visa card or digital wallet. Purchases will be rounded up to the nearest whole dollar and the difference will be transferred to your nominated savings account.
Spend tracker
Get an overview of your daily spending and compare it to last month. It’s the easiest way to keep track of your spending habits.
Accessibility options
You can now increase your text size in the app for easier readability. Go to Settings > Display to access the font and style options.
Quick balance widget
If you’re registered for Quick Balance you can create a widget for your phone’s home screen so you can see your account balances without opening the app.
iOS: Swipe right from the home screen to access the Notification Centre and select ‘edit’ to add a widget.
Android: Long press on the home screen and select the ‘widget’ option.
Net Position
See the total of your savings/investments and loans, plus a net position (savings/investments – loans = net position) at the bottom of the accounts screen.
Tax File Number (TFN) and Foreign Tax Identification Number (TIN)
You can now supply your TFN and TIN quickly and easily in the app.
International transfer enhancements
- The currency drop-down list has been improved to make it easier for you to select currencies.
- There is now improved security when sending money to New Zealand.
- Improved validation and security when sending money to certain destinations.
