Quickly complete forms online with your own eSignature
To improve the service we deliver to our members, Credit Union SA is now using an application called DocuSign® to manage all our business forms.

No more printing, scanning or faxing
Used by a huge range of organisations, including financial institutions, in 188 countries around the world, DocuSign completely removes the need to print out forms, fill them in, and scan, fax or post them back.
With DocuSign, the form can be completed, signed and returned in one simple transaction – you don’t even need to set up a DocuSign account. In addition, a copy of the form is automatically sent to your email, making it easy for you to store your records digitally for rapid future reference.
Secure and legally binding
DocuSign’s eSignatures are valid, legally binding and offer high-level security. Each electronic signature is unique, documentable, encrypted and tamper-evident. DocuSign guarantees the confidentiality of all transactions.
Plenty of time, and handy reminders
Once you download a form, you’ll:
have 45 days to complete and eSign it
be reminded every seven days that the form’s awaiting completion
receive a final message that the form’s about to expire two days before your deadline.
