There are times when you need to know exactly where you stand financially - with certainty and without delay. In these situations, Credit Union SA's free* SMS Alerts are invaluable.
Need to check if you can pay for dinner by eftpos? SMS "balance request" to us and we'll reply with the answer within seconds. Want to know if your Everyday Account dips under $100? Set up an SMS Alert and we'll automatically let you know.
There are two types of Alerts to choose from:
On-Demand Alerts allow you to request information at the time you need it. Examples include, but are not limited to:
- Account balances
- Transaction histories
- Interest-earned
Event Alerts allow you to set up automatic notifications. Examples include, but are not limited to:
- Account balance levels
- Direct debit confirmations
- Direct credit confirmations
To register:
- Call our Member Service Centre
- Visit a Credit Union SA branch
- Do it through Credit Union SA Internet Banking (if you're a registered user)
